What type of properties do you manage?

We manage single family residences, condominiums and town homes and some duplex/multi-family units depending on location and condition.

Where do you manage properties?

We service the East Valley providing property management services to the cities of: Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Maricopa, Tempe, Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek and Coolidge.

What are your fees?

We charge 8% of the lease amount or a minimum of $85.00. Other fees are outlined in our Owner Management Agreement. Please call The Arizona Advantage Team for more details.

How long does it take to find a tenant?

That is the most popular question, yet the hardest to give a specific answer. It all depends on market demand, location, condition of property, features of the property, and marketing tools used. The average is 30-60 days.

What if I want to sell my house? Do you charge a fee for that?

You are not required to use The Arizona Advantage Team to sell your property. We hope you will use our brokerage if you have been satisfied with our service. If you are not currently working with a realtor, we would be happy to assist you in selling your home.

Will you manage a property with a pool?

Yes. The Arizona Advantage Team requires all owners to abide by swimming pool code requirements set forth by the city where the property is located.

What are your property requirements?

Before we accept a property, we have property condition requirements such as the home being CLEAN, including carpets, walls and appliances. Landscaping should be up to HOA code including weeds removed, shrubs trimmed and lawn mowed. Other items, if needed, would be determined upon inspection.
